Harris Wine Making Yeast
A new premium all-purpose yeast that is suitable for any type of wine being made, whether it is a red, white, rose, country wine, kit wine or sparkling wine, giving them excellent weight and structure.
A low foaming robust yeast that has a wide temperature range. Although the yeast will perform best in the temperatures of 20-24C (68-75F), this strain is capable of fermenting between 10-35C (50-95F).
This premium yeast has a high alcohol tolerance of up to 18% abv.
All sachets are foil lined and are nitrogen gas flushed before filling, ensuring the highest quality yeast upon opening.
There are over 50,000,000,000 viable yeast cells in each sachet.
