Stocks Farm hops are vacuum packed in silver foil bags to preserve their fresh colour and aromas.

A quintessential British Hop, Goldings is a delicious example of the gentle aromas that British heritage hops produce. The aroma notes are floral, lemon balm, slightly spicy and honey. Goldings is good for bittering and late hopping and particularly good in combination with Fuggle.

Hops have been growing at Stocks Farm for over 200 years. The Capper family has been farming them for two generations since they bought the farm in 1962. So hops are in our DNA. All of these hops share the wonderful “terroir” we have here on the farm – a mild maritime climate with even rainfall throughout the year. Oh, and did we mention that that this is one of the most beautiful hop farms in the world? Hops that grow here will give you a natural advantage when it comes to brewing beautiful beer.
