Please report non-delivery after 10 days of placing the order and IT MUST BE before 30 days. IF over 30 days there is nothing we can do to find your parcel, refund for the goods, or anything, it is down to you to let us know of a problem
If the goods are faulty the goods will be replaced free of charge or for a full refund if sent back within 30 days of you receiving the goods.
If the goods are ordered in error we will refund the goods in full but we can not refund the carriage if sent back within 14 days of you receiving the goods.
Complaints are handled on a one to one bases by phone or e-mail, even by post if a reply is not urgent and we will try and come to a satisfactory conclusion within 3 days of the complaint, all complaints will remain confidential and fair.
If you no longer require the goods that you have ordered you can return them within 14 working days, that begin on the day after you have received the goods. We can not refund the cost of the postage. This is your right to a cooling off period. We will refund Your Money within 30 days of us receiving the goods. Please when sending the goods back get a Proof of posting or even insure the goods in case it gets lost. We will refund the monies within 14 days.
